The office of Business Systems Support is
responsible for providing information technology services within the
Division of Finance and Administration. These services include;

for the University's enterprise business systems and stand alone business
applications. |

Develop
software solutions to integrate enterprise systems with desktop systems,
including MS Office applications |

Web Application
Development and Support |

Support for the University's
Data Warehouse Reporting and Analysis Tools |

Development of
business system training material and programs. |

First-Level
Support |
Enterprise business systems supported include the
Financial Records
System (FRS), the Human Resource System (HRS), and the Student
Billing and Receivables System (BRS). Bolt-on business systems
supported include:
- Time Entry
- Grants Accounting
- Budget Development Tool
- Applicant Tracking
- Compensatory Time
- Financial
Accounting
- and various web reports
and applications.
These information technology services support the
offices of Budget, Finance, Payroll, Personnel, Benefits, Labor Relations, and
Bursar's Office.
