Vision Statement

The Planning and Analysis group (comprised of Budget and Planning, Business Systems Support, and Institutional Research) intends to become the "Analytical Powerhouse" of the institution, able to provide decision makers with accurate, timely, and meaningful information and analysis.

Guiding Principles of Conduct

Customer Oriented:  We focus on our customers' needs in everything we do. We take personal responsibility for customer satisfaction.

Integrity:  We strive to adhere to a high standard of professional and ethical behavior to ensure an unwavering confidence in our work and trust in our team.

Respect:  Everyone is entitled to be treated with dignity.  We vow to treat our customers, colleagues, and each other with fairness, friendliness, truthfulness, and concern for each person's needs.

Teamwork/Collaboration:  We believe that the synergy of people listening to each other and working together will generate a better result for our customers and will allow each of us to continually grow as individuals. We will foster this by providing an environment of open communication, active listening, and trust.

Effective:  We take pride in providing information that is accurate, timely, and relevant in a customer-oriented manner.  We strive to do things right the first time.

Balance:  We value the importance of life outside the  workplace.  We support each other's efforts to integrate family life, community service, and work demands.

Continuous Improvement:  We are committed to continuous improvement and innovation.  We will accomplish this by creating a secure environment for seeking feedback, self-evaluation, risk taking, learning from our mistakes, reflective planning, and implementing creative solutions.
